yes. it's over. the holidays have once again come and gone. sad really. it all came up way too fast and now it's over. and christmas break is already half over! AHH hanna STOP! i think way too ahead of myself. i just need to learn to live a day at a time but sometimes that doesn't seem possible for me.
anywho, i had a great christmas. that's the best thing that's really happened to me this break, actually. christmas eve we went over to my grandma's house like always and ate a bunch of food and it was fun to see my cousins! they're fun. "sarah, get me some tacos" ahaha... you had to be there (obviously). got some cute earrings from my cousin anna, and a really pretty jewelry box with these eagles on the front and $40 inside from my grandma betz. also a nice fleece scarf and a violin ornament. christmas eve service was great as always, and i actually sang the hallelujia chorus! i haven't gone up in the years i've been there and i finally did. it was pretty fun! (it's a 40-year-old tradition at salem alliance to have people who are in the service come up if they want and sing the hallelujia chorus it's really cool!)
christmas day was fun. my mom was working til 3:30, so she left my sister and i a basket of fun stuff to keep us busy haha. there were 4 movies (dirty dancing: havana nights, edward scissorhands, a walk to remember, and dumb & dumber), gingerbread and peppermint syrups from starbucks, peppermint bark, chai tea, a couple different peppermint hot chocolate mixes, and tazo teas. then when my mom finally did get home we opened our stockings first and there was a lot of fun stuff in there... make up, a gift card to victoria's secret, some candy, gum, chapstick, fun stuff like that. my sister got me 2 SUPER cute pairs of undies from victoria's secret (they're like the boyshorts style and they're so colorful and adorable! hehe). i also got my felicity american girl doll back because my mom had sent mine and my sister's kirsten doll to the "doll hospital" because they needed new heads since we've been done playing with them and want them to look nice.
my grandma got me some money and a new horse book and some socks and some other stuff. but the BEST part was after we were done opening presents and my mom said to me "hanna i think there's one more present for you in my room" and it was in her closet and it was a big box and i brought it out and opened it up and i really didn't know what to expect until i opened up the box and saw this big DC shoes bag... but i was thinking well there wasn't anything i wanted from dc, but then i was like oh wait... and then i opened up the bag and my exact words were... "NO WAY!" hahaha. it was my freakin volcom jacket i've been wanting! light blue and sooooo cute oh man. totally unexpected my mom said she wasn't gonna get me anything except the bindings. jeez. but i guess she bought it shortly after i first saw it in there and wanted it so bad but didn't have $190... haha. and whenever i'd go back i'd look at my jacket and then i would see the large was gone and i now know it was because my mom had bought it hahaha. but yeah that was my christmas ahha
since this is so long i'm gonna keep going haha. yesterday was fun, i went to 9:45 service with chels and michelle met us there and that was fun cuz i don't see her a lot. but then chels, my sister, my mom, and i went shopping downtown. i bought another pair of the sweet and low lucky brand jeans even though i already have a pair but because i want the longs. and i had enough money and then some so i was like screw it, the only thing i really wear is jeans so i can afford to have like 5 pairs haha. and they're $84 jeans but when i got up the cash register i found that they were on sale... for $51.90! that is such a score, especially for luckys. which is kinda sad cuz $51.90 is still a lot to pay for jeans but they are the only kinds that fit me right! those and silvers. and so yeah i bought those and then chels came over and we were really bored and i mean REALLY bored. so then we called brytton and him, chris and matt came and got us and we went to ben's and ryan bickler was there too. they tried to dye is hair black but it didn't work. we ended up playing capture the flag for an hour-and-a-half which was fun. but i fell. and that kinda sucked. but then we went back to ben's and then to burger king and then back home. today i had a freaking eye and dentist appointment... but i bought minnetonka mocassins which i have been wanting! so that makes me happy. but i feel gross right now because i drank rich hot chocolate and then ate this moose munch stuff and even though i went on a walk i have a headache and that doesn't help. i'm going to shutup now this is way too long haha.

soo flippin tired. interesting day. i woke up at 7 because i didn't know when chelsea was leaving to go visit stephen. we ended up leaving about 10:00. it was good to go see him! this is all such a shock. he's doing fine but i can't help but worry. it just hurts to know something is wrong with a friend :( been out of sorts all day. feeling emo; i actually made a new cd called my emo mix hahah. writing something for him... going to give it to him. nervous about it, but i guess i'm not doing it til we go back to school so... yeah. peppermint hot chocolate is really good. i hope my christmas break turns around soon; from being sucky to good. i'm so glad christmas is soon. but i'm also not. i just feel so sad. this month has gone by so fast. everything has gone by so fast. i swear it was just halloween or something, i don't know. but i was so excited for the christmas season, it's one of my favorite times of the year. but it's just been so busy and i've been in my own world i've barely listened to christmas music and been in the spirit. and i know it's not about a feeling, but i feel like i haven't even been involved much with it in any way besides choir and orchestra. i just love the holidays, and i'm going to be so sad when it's all over. i just want this christmas eve and day to go well and be good and i just don't want to worry about anything or be sad about anything during it all. i'm sick of being sad about things. i'm a mess.

i woke up at 10:00, ate breakfast, watched spiderman 2. ended up not having a guitar lesson
i hung out for a bit, went on a run, came home and took a shower, and watched a bit of havana nights with the sis
since then i've been doing really nothing. i've been quite bored. and really tired
i was going to go to sleep early but i don't know if i can right now
i'm too worried, i don't know really what to think. i'm scared for him
he's on his way to dornbecher and i pray that everything is ok. that the doctors can figure out what's wrong...

well. it's finally break. thank the good sweet Lord.
this week has been sooo busy with music stuff and i'm glad it's over!! the capitol was really fun on thursday though. plus, we got out of school for a long time, haha.
i wasn't nervous before my solo! yay. so that was fun
math test on friday. i think i did allright, so... yeah. christmas party in choir, doing nothing in orchestra.
happy that school was over, but i wish that i could see everyone i want to see over break.
why am i so afraid? why can't i just... tell people how i feel? especially that specific guy...

ugh why do i always feel so depressed and tired and just blah? i guess i just want people to feel sorry for me or something. i don't know. i'm happy, but then there are lots of times where i just feel sad and so alone and left out from everything else
everyone seems to be hooking up or they have someone they like that likes them back if they're not actually "going out" or whatever. or they seem to know more people than i do and i don't know that doesn't matter as much to me as feeling alone even with my best friends.
i just feel like i'm the young little immature one or something. at least that's what they make me feel like whenever i'm with them [any couples].
i'll just look at pictures of jesse mccartney (my new love) and listen to love songs and cry if i feel like it or something.

it's tuesday... and only 3 more days til christmas break! HALLELUJIA!!
day went by surprisingly fast!!! had a fricken 6:45 choir rehearsal. oh! and we're having ANOTHER one tomorrow! YES!
i thought this week would go by slow, but since tuesdays are the worst days, and tuesday is already over, it has gone by fast!!
and the worst is over! i played my violin solo tonight, and i was nervous before i started, but once i got into it i was fine. i had a couple of little mess-ups, but when i mentioned it to people they hadn't noticed. which is good! haha.
they weren't big mistakes, but i'm very critical of myself so, i of course noticed them
it was fun!!! kerry sounded awesome, too! and so did annabeth! i do have to perform it again on thursday, but now that i've done it for the first time, it'll be way easier for me to play it in front of people :)
so many music programs this week! we had the orchestra concert tonight, then tomorrow symphonic choir is going to perform for the rotary at mission mill. tomorrow night is the holiday choir concert, and then thursday the orchestra and choirs perform at the rotunda! crazy!
i love this last week, because that's the only thing that is stressful: music programs! and they aren't stressful actually, there's just a lot! but it keeps me busy and the week goes by faster haha
had a fun time at dq after the concert. chicken strip basket. umm yeah definitely tasted REALLY good.

last night went to the girls b-ball game at sprague.
for some reason, girls basketball just seems weird to watch. maybe cuz i didn't go to any last year, haha
i'm pretty weird though, so yeah. sometimes i wish i had kept playing b-ball! it's quite fun, really
overnighter didn't turn out quite how i wanted but whatever. christmas break is coming up soon
starbucks this morning. christmas mother/daughter tea and craft thing at church. it was fun! i made pretty earrings and a painted a frame :) yummy lunch, too
met at south at 3:00. left for george fox, got there about 4:15

actually no, i've been through a lot of crap the past year and a half, and i've gone with the flow. i have rarely cried through it all. i didn't let it all out though, seeing as how i didn't want my mom to know i was realllly bummed out, even though that's stupid because she cares about me and wants to know what bugs me
there's more... i just feel like getting it out. but i have pretty good days... i had a fairly good day today i guess. and i smile and laugh. but that's only on the surface
yesterday i was in a weird mood. i went to church and that put me in a good mood. except it was sad because it was erik's last sunday!!! and there was a farewell reception for him.
sister and i got our weekly sunday gov cup coffee, visited my mom at work.
but was just tired... and once again moody. lost it at dinner. i was laughing so hard i was crying, and then i was crying, but i was laughing at the same time. i couldn't control my emotions, haha
i swear i'm depressed sometimes. and i think i have OCD. like, i really, truly think i do
for example, if i'm reading something from a text book or whatever, i'll read through a paragraph and think i didn't read it well enough or every word thoroughly and actually take anything in, so i'll sometimes end up reading it 3 times.
it's little things, but it's annoying. some things have to be just perfect. yeah it's hard to explain, but i really think i am. my dad is, i'm sure of it. i probably get it from him

basketball game was soooooooo boring. i was tired. actually jv was fun to watch because it was my friends playing. varsity was fun i guess, but my legs hurt, and it was a slow game, nothing exciting happened. and we almost lost, we're really not that good at all. I MISS LAST YEAR'S TEAM SOO FREAKIN MUCH!!! gosh. we rocked last year
